This policy explains how and why we use cookies and similar technologies on mmcaservices.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience, and provide information to the site's owner. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and fingerprinting — this policy covers all of them when we use them.
Our approach
We take a strict, consent-first approach. On your first visit no non-essential cookies are set. Our cookie banner lets you:
- Accept all — enable every cookie category.
- Reject non-essential — reject with a single click, just as easily as accepting. Pressing the Esc key on your keyboard while the banner is open does the same thing — a keyboard-accessibility convenience that records a "reject non-essential" consent identical to clicking the button.
- Manage preferences — switch individual categories on or off.
Your choice is stored locally and we re-ask for your consent every 12 months. You can change your choices at any time using the link below or in the site footer.
Cookie categories
1. Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the site to function (for example, remembering your consent choices). They cannot be switched off. They do not store personally identifiable information beyond what's needed for the website to work.
Although called a "Cookie Policy" by convention, some preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage rather than as HTTP cookies. Both are covered here.

2. Analytics (optional)
If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded via our one.com hosting) to understand aggregated patterns such as the most-visited pages and typical referrers. These cookies are only set if you select "Accept all" or enable Analytics in "Manage preferences". They are not set by default.

3. Marketing (optional)
If enabled, these cookies may be set by advertising partners to help measure campaign effectiveness. We do not currently run paid advertising campaigns on this site, so no marketing cookies are currently set, even if you opt in. This policy will be updated before any such cookies are introduced.
Third-party content
If we embed third-party content (for example, a YouTube video or a Google Map) those providers may set their own cookies. We only embed such content after you have given consent for the relevant category. Where possible we use privacy-enhanced alternatives (for example, youtube-nocookie.com).
Browser controls
In addition to our banner, most browsers let you review, refuse and delete cookies from their settings menu. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use cookies we will update this page and, for material changes, request fresh consent via the banner.
